PRINT QUALITY + DETAILS:
All reproductions in the shop are printed on uncoated smooth-white 130# Fine Art Paper. Each print is stamped with a Certificate of Authenticity* on the back including the title, year completed of the original painting, and signature from the artist.
*Certificate of Authenticity certifies all copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist.
FRAMING:
All prints and original paintings are sold unframed. The Final print sizes are available in 8x10, 11x14, or 16x20. There is a white border included in the final size. These prints will fit into most standard frames without a problem.
SHIPPING:
Keep in mind, shipping prices are not included with artwork. We ship only domestically via USPS/UPS/Fedex. Prices will vary depending on weight and size of piece. If located in the St. Louis area, we can arrange free contactless artwork deliveries.
I package all my paintings and prints as safely as possible using foam wrap, bubble wrap and cardboard. I try to reuse packaging materials where I can. As I take so much care to package the painting, I unfortunately can't be held accountable for what happens to it in the postal system. There is always a risk that something may happen to the package, please get in touch with me and I will see what I can do to correct the situation.
Due to the global pandemic, there have also been worldwide shipping delays, so please be patient if the package takes longer than usual to arrive.
All orders will ship out within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated. If you need your order expedited or have any other questions, please reach out to kaylaklosterhoff@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS:
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, I advertise my paintings and prints exactly the way they are, so there will never be an issue of the painting not being as described. I also do not accept returns for 'change of mind.'
